Peak District Ride Out – 17th August

4 bikes attended the run (low turn out due to members being at rallies etc). 100 miles were covered in mainly dry weather with the occassional shower.

Norton Festival – Devon 2014

15 branch members attended the Norton Festival in Devon over the weekend of the1st to 3rd August, the beer tent proved popular!

Two awards were made to branch members, Russ Ward received the best ridden Commando award, Peter Holland won the best ridden lightweight award (Peter rode his Electra to the event – approx. 350 miles each way).

Norton Club Nederland 40th anniversary rally – 20th to 22nd June

4 branch members made the trip to the rally in Holland, a couple of breakdowns were dealt with along the way!

Sowerby Bridge Classic Bike Show

the branch put on a display at this event that was arranged by our own Dave Roberts and the local Rotary Club with all proceeds going to charilty. Approx 70 bikes attended the event that was puncuated with sunshine and showers. Albert Duvall won the 'best special' award for his model 50 based special.
