Branch members outside Wells Cathedral Somerset, 8 branch members attended the rally.

12th August Ride Out

First ride out stop at Hollingworth Lake near Rochdale.

Lunch break was at the Oxenhope Station with a steam engine for company. 6 bikes joined the run and 110 miles were covered on the day.

Hebden Bridge Vintage Weekend – 6th August

7 branch members attended the show on Sunday 6th August and displayed 5 Commando’s and one Atlas. At another well organised event.

Scarborough Ride Out – 17th June 2017

Welcome shade at the Dalby Forest visitors centre on a hot sunny day

 

11 bikes met at the start of the run, unfortunately we lost Harry before the 1st stop but met up again at Oliver’s Mount.

 

Martin left his Commando at home and brought along his Guzzi, now Commando’s are good looking but the LeMans Mk1 is stunning!

A stop at the Flimber Café in the woods on the way home, 192 miles were covered in the day.

Sowerby Bridge Bike Show

Branch members posing with the canal boats moored behind, a very pleasant setting for a bike show.

Six bikes on display before the show started, the sun came out later in the day and a good number of people came to support the charity event.

Peak District Ride Out (AKA The drop off ride out) – 13th May 2017

10 bikes attended the ride out, within the first 20 miles we had numerous bits drop off Norton’s (headlight, footrest and brake master cylinder cap!), but is was another very good day with only a couple of showers over the higher ground.

First Ride Out of 2017

The first ride out of 2017 visited the Dales, this photo show’s the stunning Ribblehead viaduct in the background. 13 bikes joined the run which thankfully managed to avoid the rain showers, 130 miles were covered in the day.
